GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND WARRANTY
The buyer declares that they know and accept the following terms and conditions of purchase and sale at Home and History:
WARRANTY.
All items carry a 2-year warranty from the invoice date, provided the fault is a manufacturing defect. Under the warranty the item is replaced as many times as necessary at no cost, but the price of the item is never refunded.
2. The legal entity providing the services referred to throughout this contract is the business in the name of Mr Victor Manuel Exposito Ortega, NIF 75255786Q, Calle Algazul, 27, 04007 Almería, which will manage their provision directly or through third parties.
3. The price lists for the different types of purchase are available to the customer, both on the website and in writing on request. The service may be invoiced in advance for the full amount of the products ordered, by charge to a credit/debit card.
4. If the customer wishes to modify or postpone their order, they must give notice within a maximum of 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel it, they must refuse the delivery and contact the seller at info@homeandhistory.com.
5. If delivery to the customer cannot be made for reasons attributable to the customer and without prior notice from them, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Returns from professionals/self-employed customers will only be accepted for breakage or damage; the purchase price will not be refunded in any case, and the item will be replaced as many times as necessary.
6. This contract is of indefinite duration and either party may terminate it by written notice to the other at least 1 week in advance. However, Home and history.com may immediately close the account of any buying or selling customer whose behaviour it considers inappropriate.
7. The customer consents to home and history.com sending them any information it considers appropriate once they have provided their contact details, telephone number or email address, whether through the contact form or through an order. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to Home and history.com. Home and history.com informs the customer that their data may be disclosed to third parties that provide services for Home and history.com.
8. If any clause of this contract is declared void, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the contract.
9. For the resolution of any disputes arising from this Contract, the Parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Almería, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimer. Home and history.com assumes no responsibility for updating this Website to keep the information current, does not guarantee that the information published is accurate or complete, and does not guarantee that the photos are real, as they represent only an approximation of the product. The User/Member should therefore confirm that the information published is accurate and complete before making any decision related to any service or content described on this Website. For this purpose, Home and history.com provides a system for contacting the seller of the product.
The User's/Member's access to the Website does not oblige Home and history.com to check for the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. In all cases, it is the User's responsibility to have suitable tools to detect and remove harmful software.
Home and history.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the software and computer equipment of Users/Members or third parties while using the services offered on the Website, nor for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by the User/Member resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during or prior to its provision.
11. Access to the Website. Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User.
12. HOME AND HISTORY is not responsible for product reviews or Blog comments published by customers or users of the website.
