SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

HOMEANDHISTORY.COM delivers throughout Europe. Therefore, you can choose any delivery address within these geographical limitations. In addition, when you place your order, we will always send you an email confirming your purchase, so you can check that your delivery details are correct.
*Shipping costs for autonomous and intra-community companies: 10% of the total price of the order (excluding tax). 
*THESE WILL BE DELIVERED BY THE TRANSPORT AGENCY AT STREET LEVEL (INCLUDING SPAIN AND PORTUGAL PENINSULA) OR WITH AN INCREASE OF 60€ IN CASE OF DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME.
      Shipping costs include handling, logistics, postage, packaging and transport costs.

Items in stock will be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days once the order has been placed. The rest of the articles for the date that we will have indicated in the previous confirmation of the order. Deliveries to the Canary Islands have a longer delivery time of between 15 and 30 days.
IMPORTANT: Before signing the carrier's delivery note, the customer must check and confirm the number of packages and their condition. If he/she cannot check the goods, he/she will indicate on the carrier's delivery note "PENDING CHECK". If you detect any breakage or damage to the packaging, we advise you not to sign the delivery note as your signature confirms that the goods are OK and the return will not be accepted. Incidents that have not been notified to H&H in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods will not be accepted, to the address info@homeandhistory.com, attaching one or more photos of the reference.
In the case of breakage, notify within 24 hours.

All products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of invoice, provided it is a manufacturing defect.

The warranty replaces the article as many times as necessary at zero cost.

From the moment the product arrives at your home you have 14 calendar days to return it free of charge. You don't have to give any explanation: you simply exercise your right of withdrawal. (excluding companies and freelancers). The buyer will be responsible for the return costs in these cases.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and without having been assembled or used. First the damaged part will be collected and once it has been checked at the factory, it will be replaced. All defective merchandise will be replaced and not paid for, unless there is insufficient stock of the same, in which case the amount will be paid in full.

Returns to professionals will only be accepted in case of breakage or damage, in no case will the purchase price be refunded and will be replaced as many times as necessary.

As these are handmade products, there may be variations. For specific cases check all the information with the technical department, as returns for technical reasons of this type will be paid for by the customer.

 NOTE: the collection period is the same as the delivery period.

However, in order for the return to be accepted by HOMEANDHISTORY.COM you must comply with the following conditions:

- The products must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer. The 15 days start from the sending of the completed form to info@homeandhistory.com. 

- Products must be returned in their original box/packaging, undamaged and undamaged. In the event that the product is wrapped in transparent paper, this paper must not have been opened.

 - The products must not have been used or assembled.

NOTE: Please do not put tape or stickers directly on the box/packaging and wrap the item first, products that are in bad condition will not be accepted.

In the event that the value of the returned goods is diminished due to handling other than necessary, H&H reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer.

For returns from islands, the cost of the return is from 30 euros and varies according to the type of order and/or product.

The return processing times are the same as the delivery times. It is extensive, but we understand that processing an incident is slow due to factors beyond H&H's control and we ask for patience on the part of our customers.

IMPORTANT: THE RETURNS CONDITIONS AS DESCRIBED ARE EXCLUSIVELY APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS; FOR COMPANIES/SELF-EMPLOYERS - ORDERS WITH DISCOUNTS - ORDERS FROM PROFESSIONALS - THE CHARGES FOR RETURNS ARE PAID BY THE BUYING COMPANY (or SELF-EMPLOYER) AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE LAW.

FOR ORDERS IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS THAT H&H KEEP THEM IN STOCK FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME, THE DATE ON WHICH THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED IN THE WAREHOUSE OF H&H WILL BE CONSIDERED AS THE DATE FROM WHICH THE 15 DAYS OF THE RETURN PERIOD WILL BEGIN TO COUNT. 

FOR ORDERS EXCEEDING 30 DAYS OF DEPOSIT, H&H MAY CHARGE STORAGE AND HANDLING COSTS.

Home and history will take care of the export costs for international shipments with customs. The customer must accept the costs of taxes and handling fees in order to receive the goods. H&H is not responsible for the goods if the customer decides to reject the goods for reasons other than manufacturing defects and previously documented breakages. In case of return, all transport and customs costs will be deducted.

There are two main reasons why the package you have purchased may not have arrived:

Wrong address: Check that the address you entered was correct, as it is possible that your order was delivered to the wrong address.

Failed arrival attempts: Our logistics providers make up to two delivery attempts. In the event that after two attempts to deliver your order, you do not respond to the supplier, the order will be returned.

When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond HOME AND HISTORY's control, we will receive your parcel back. We will then refund you the full amount of your purchase within 7 working days of receipt, minus the costs incurred in sending and returning the parcel.
